I am saying that in many major US cities poorer neighborhoods you will find more minorities than whites. Go take a trip to some of the poorer neighborhoods in NYC, Detroit, Chicago, LA, Houston, Philly ect. Tell me what you see in those neighborhoods.

let me put it to you this way when a black take drugs he is a drug addict,, when white people take drugs it is a medical sickness... when black people take someones car it is grand theft auto.. when I white person takes a car it is joy riding...I rest my case
