Jeb Bush should be in prison for massive election tampering in 2000.

Preferable both die horrible deaths before such a campaign were to be attempted. If any of them get a sniff the country as we know it is doomed.

If one those two people win the American people will be the losers.

I would say Hillary Clinton would, but no matter who won out of those two, America loses.

Jeb would at least know what missteps not to make. Don't go to war in the ME and don't promise no taxes.

You beat me to it. I would think she would beat him for a number of reasons. But this would be one of those elections where I would really struggle with deciding who is the lesser of two evils given that both of them would be a disaster for the USA. I don't know that I could in good conscience vote for either one.

If it was between those two, I would have to vote third party or not at all. There is no way I could stomach to vote for either of those two.

this scenario is just so fundamentally depressing. we really need to take a look at our partisan duopoly and how we might change / improve it.

I would write in Jon Huntsman, and even though nobody would read it (or care), at least I'd sleep better at night.

If really the best America could do was Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush as the two, I think that would dissapoint me to the point of not even voting because I would truly believe the political system was dead and America was doomed.

I'll make a sad confession here, and trust me, I'm not proud to post this.

I already think that.

Really!?!? The Bushes and Clintons again? I guess the civics textbook lied about America being a republic. We're clearly an oligarchy if those two are running.

Once people realize that Jeb has his fingerprints all over the PNAC, they're going to run away in droves.

Will Jeb Bush Follow in His Brother

Although not well known for his views on foreign affairs, Jeb Bush has been a supporter of hawkish factions in the United States, including the neoconservative PNAC. In 1997, just before his successful run for governor, Bush was one of more than two dozen prominent political figures to sign PNAC’s founding statement of principles, which promoted a “Reaganite” vision of “American global leadership.” Pointing to what it called “the essential elements of the Reagan administration’s success”—“a strong military” ready to meet “present and future challenges”—the statement argued, “A Reaganite policy of military strength and moral clarity may not be fashionable today. But it is necessary if the United States is to build on the success of this past century and ensure our security and greatness in the next.” Among PNAC’s 25 charter signatories were several people who would become senior members of President George W. Bush’s administration, including Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, I. Lewis Libby, Zalmay Khalilzad, Peter Rodman, Paula Dobriansky, and Elliott Abrams.

Hillary's approval rating is 54%

Jeb's is 30% and his disapproval is 7% higher

Lol this thread is very telling for Jeb Bush..

-Conservative forum and he's still clobbered. Goes to show that his immigration position is even less popular with conservatives than even he realizes.
