If you don't like it, don't say it.The Pledge is socialist nonsense anyway.
What difference does it make.
Who forced anyone to say the pledge?
Why are we talking about BS like this when a lot of important things are going on?
If anyone knows, I'd like to know.
I think it amounts to exactly what the people who changed it intended it to be: indoctrination of children that proper Americans believe in god.
To see that this is exactly what it is, just imagine how ape**** people would go if we proposed changing it to an atheist version: ... One nation, under no god, indivisible...
We would be virulently accused of indoctrination, and the death threats would be numerous.
It should be removed.
I think we should change the words "under God" to "and **** atheists".
Didn't like that I proved my point, huh?
Most people don't give a **** about your point. That was just to tweak you, and it worked. Carry on, write your Congressman or woman. Frankly, I love that under God offends you.
I voted no, I am really starting to despise Christians and all their hypocrisy and sensitivity about everything. So I am starting to believe that this crap they are adamant about should be stamped out.I saw this poll elsewhere and decided to post it on here. You want to pledge to **** atheists? Well you're not my type but I'm sure we could find an nice atheist guy who'd help you fulfill your commitment. :lol:I think we should change the words "under God" to "and **** atheists".

I need to lighten up? I was making a joke. There's a LOL smilie and everything.Dude, you need to lighten up. That was for militant atheist consumption in a thread that I find ridiculous and petty.
