So we traded prisoners with the Tallywackers and got an American freed. The guy that got us UBL is still rotting in prison after obama ratted him out. Is it time to buy his freedom too? We could give the corrupt Pakistan gov something or someone they want in exchange. One thing for sure, it will be a long time until somebody over there helps us again after the way obama repaid this guy.

"Dr. Shakeel Afridi, the jailed CIA informant who helped hunt down Usama Bin Laden, has recently been tortured in prison, the doctor’s family members told Fox News.

“I was told by a prison source that Shakeel and two guards were subjected to torture by jail administration sometime in November,” Jamil Afridi, the brother of the jailed doctor, told Fox News in a recent interview. Jamil Afridi said he had been told about the torture on Nov. 21, when he tried to visit his brother in jail but was turned away, and in a follow-up court hearing on Nov. 22."

If Pakistan is really an ally, then we shouldn't have to offer them anything. They should hold up the doc who helped capture the face of evil as a hero.

And, if Pakistan insists on keeping him in prison, it is not our ally and shouldn't be treated as such.

If it is not our ally, then we should not be giving them any sort of foreign aid.

Pakistan has stabbed us in the back too much to be considered a ally.

All true but you didn't answer the question. Should we buy his freedom?

Sure, with the money we would have given to the Pakistani government as foreign aid. Use it as a reward for the seal team that springs him.

Sure, so long as the U.S. public gets the documents & pictures of bin Laden that have been "lost," "misplaced" & and hidden behind Top Secret classifications.
