There is one thing that is constant. That is change.
I love Ronnie but America has changed. The GOP seems to have a hard time adapting to that.
Often, I wonder if it's not so much the GOP policy, as it is those who support it, and the way they present their views. Today's FOXNews generation has a way of turning a lot of people off with their views and the way they present them. Many people do not want to be associated or identified with those kind of people. I certainly don't.
so what has changed that makes Reagan's position uncomfortable for you?
and what have the dems changed
I still see the same things
1) more taxes on the rich
2) more gun control
3) more appeasement overseas
I really don't get upset at talking heads who aren't articulate at presenting the limited government position
I think people who are turned off by such things really aren't strong willed or committed to begin with
