What's going on Pbrauer !!! No Media Matters link ?

Judge ruled the email was in regards to Benghazi, but the regime ( OP and DNC ) would like you to think about the definition of "is" again.

Is there some reason you cannot post all or at least a portion of this email?

This is obviously prep to respond to questions surrounding Benghazi. The purpose seems to be to have surrogates broaden the discussion to include the greater middle east thereby blurring the focus of the terrorist event. But there is no doubt that this was a fabricated and promoted narrative. Politics before lives.

I find it hard to believe that the state department wrote 112 pages about the reaction to a YouTube video that was made in the same vein as Monty Python.

You should be able to scroll up and down.
I don't want to visit your link from work, you see.

I want you to quote the relevant portions of it here, on DP

This is getting comical. Jay Carney really has no choice but to try and spin, but it won't work. But the usual suspects (read sycophants) will likely cling to denial like a sailor to a life raft in a whirlpool. Even the mainstream media (ABC, CBS and NBC) are mocking Carney's clearly desperate and pathetic spin. That and the testimony from Brigadier General Lovell today makes for a not so good day for Carney and his boss.

It took a long time in an abusive relationship for the press to finally wave away the fog of their 2008 excitement, but I think they are finally doing so.

I can't quote it because it's an image pdf file.

Well Carney and crew have now achieved new heights of hilarity in their hamfisted attempt to pretend as if emails that were secured in a FOIA filling were somehow now not about Bengazi. You can't make stuff this stupid up. And you don't have to Canrey already did. I tell you the reporters in that briefing when he tried to float this idiocy looked like they were going to fall out their chairs. It was like they could not believe what they were hearing. Hell even Taylor Marsh from the NYT (yes THAT Taylor Marsh) jumped on this brain dead on delivery attempt to spin.:lamo

I have a snazy program called Hypersnap. You supply the link and where it is in the PDF (page #,etc) you think you "see" your proof at and I'll screencap it and post it right here for you and everyone else to see. Of course I've already read the emails in question and know there is nothing there for you to see, but let's put this to the test and pardon the pun, see what it is you think you see. :bringit

Anyone not blinded by liberal partisanship can see that the e-mails from the Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes is *clearly* about the consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya.

From the New York Times:

The email from Mr. Rhodes includes goals for Ms. Rice’s appearances on the shows and advice on how to discuss the subject of the protests that were raging in Libya and at other American diplomatic posts in the Middle East.

Among the goals that Mr. Rhodes identified: “To underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy.”

Pbrauer - can you be an honest broker and admit that it IS about Benghazi… or is that against your programming directives or terms of employment?

You linked to several e-mails and most of them are about Benghazi.

Yeah. It's kind of mind-boggling that they thought they could give that as an excuse and get away with it, but you have to remember, as recently as 2012, they could have.

I'm starting to seriously wonder if Republicans will keep trying to play the Benghazi card until the day they die.

Depends whether it's a good card or not.
