I'm not sure what you're about, but if you get satisfaction from Product A and product A costs a couple hundred bucks but you choose to go with product B, which also provides satisfactory results but comes at a, oh, I don't know, just say, $30,000 a year price tag(I'm sure I'm low balling) would you be willing to call yourself a fool for going with product B when you'll get the same satisfactory results from product A at a sliver of the cost?
I'm not familiar with his daughters' personal private schooling so I'm in no condition to answer that question. However, I'm going to trust Obama's judgment as a father (who is also a millionaire) to ensure that his children receive the best (and safest) educational experience. Just a thought: Is this anything new with the children of presidents? Is there a single president who has let their children attend a public school while in office?

So what you're saying is that Obama prefers to get the same results and pay at a premium, for what? Economic Stimulus?

Come now...

If I had wanted to say that, I would have actually have said that

Imagine the shock and horror of the electorate, upon discovering that Obama was no more a demigod than the rest of us.

Who knew?

Right, and he believes that will happen at a private school, not a public one...

but things were suppose to be different, this time...

Perhaps I was listening to your id instead of your ego, eh?

SHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

You'll spoil it for the children...

I am 50 years old. I have never once voted for a democrat or republican for president. Not ever. I have never trusted any candidate from either party, and blame BOTH parties for the steady decline of the USofA on all fronts.

That being said, I've never known any president to be "popular" by the time their second term has some miles on it.

Thank any and all deities one can imagine that there's a term limit on presidents.

I do look forward to the entertainment of seeing which two losers the Reps and Dems nominate for the next go-round.
Regardless of who each party elects - I'll bet big money they're both complete losers who are no better than Obama, and possibly worse.

You can't wait for Hillary? Patience grasshopper.

I'll be honest. Hillary would have been a better choice than Obama but if she gets elected the Democrats will have subjected us to the three worst Presidents in American history, Carter, Hillary and Obama.

And will also display how much WORSE the republican choices we were offered were.

Exactly how awful will the republican nominee have to be to lose to any democrat after 8 years of Obama?????

Think about that for a bit....

Elections often don't measure effectiveness. Often they are beauty pageants. The republicans offered up candidates like Bob Dole, a war hero with one good arm but not an attractive man, John McCain, a war hero with one good arm and older than dirt and Mitt Romney, who had a ton more executive experience and savvy than Obama, but Obama was the more attractive candidate and lots of Americans were still proud that they elected a black president. Obama won more because of his relationship with Beyonce than his skill with administration and operating the government. It's a tabloid world we live in and policy wonks seldom beat star power.

You keep telling yourself those same lies....and my guess is the republicans will be losers again.

It's not a beauty pageant.

It's about a candidate that doesn't scare the beJesus out of the swing voters.

Men are not voting for other men based on looks.

I don't think he's trying to make the public education system compete with private schools. I think he's just trying to make the public education system, y'know, optimal.

Because a351 doesn't find the President sending his kids to private school as an example that he doesn't believe in public education, that means a351 must be an "Obamabot" or whatever else lame term people have come up with? Is anyone surprised that the President would send his kids to private school? Heck, I wouldn't even be bothered if they brought in a private tudor.

Did I say anything about constitutionality? If Obama "believed" in public schools why wouldn't he send his girls to one? Did you miss the links? If not than how is it "No, not really"?

Something tells me for you, the sun rises and sets on Obama's ass...

Why else the scatter shot misrepresentations in an effort to rebuke?

Iran, Syria, China, Benghazi, Obamcare, Gulf Spill, NSA, IRS...Ah, what's the use...there's too many to name here.. So here is a link to 539 examples of this mealymouthed scumbag being disingenuous.

Obama supporters will go hysterical over this well sourced list of 539 examples of his lying, lawbreaking, corruption, cronyism, etc. | Dan from Squirrel Hill's Blog

Aren't you tired of it?

I know I sure as hell am...

*they're, not there* (from the poll)

I lost faith in President Obama a long time ago. Although I think he is about as good a president as we are going to get in today's time and age. But this does not mean I do not like him as a person. I find him very affable. It is just some of his policies I disagree with. I think you would be very surprised to find out how many Americans think the president is doing a bad job and yet like him as a person. In a George Washington battleground poll here are two questions and the results:

How would you rate the job Barack Obama has been doing as President? Do you approve or disapprove of the job he is doing? 41% approve, 54% disapprove.

But when asked: Whether you approve or disapprove of the way Barack Obama is handling his job as President, what is your impression of Barack Obama as a person? Do you approve or disapprove of him? 61% approve of him as a person and only 21% disapprove.

I couldn't vote in your poll because you didn't include option 4: This is a dumbass poll.

Why do I call this a dumbass poll, you ask? Here is why: You ask in your poll if I am tired of Obama's lies and you cite and post a link to a blog article to support yourself. I didn't go through all 539 examples, but in the first 20 examples I didn't see anything referring to a lie. Perhaps, if you want to waste the time, you'll go through that list of examples, find the lies and post them here. But don't expect me to read that whole blog post. I don't have time for it.

I am very sorry for those decent people who voted for Obama, to support racial equality in the United States (the first black president). But they caused irreparable damage to the country. The concept of "decency" almost lost. Lying has become a standard in the country and politics.

Something tells me for you, the sun rises and sets on Obama's ass...

Is there a politician calling for keeping kids from being eduataded?

Two peas in a pod you and Obama be...

kumbya my lord liberal we're all in the same gang love fest which you yourself claim membership to.

SHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

You'll spoil it for the children...

Yea, wouldn't want spoiled children on here.

The argument that Obama doesn't believe (use the right context here) in the public education system because his kids are in private school is a weak one at best. Warren Buffet invest $230 million in BYD Auto last year, yet went out and bought a Cadillac. Does this mean he doesn't believe in BYD Auto? Hate the man all you want, but let's stick to arguing the real issues.

When electing a POTUS becomes a personality contest, this is what you get. Personally, I'd be happier with someone who knows what the job requires, and handles it, and I don't care if they're a frowny grouch! Ironically, our mom's were right after all, when they told us anyone can grow up to become President! Wait until Miley Cyrus decides to run if you don't believe me!

Greetings, Pero. :2wave:is a candidate

It's about education. We can take our politicians at their word, or we can do our own research and get the facts for ourselves. Sadly, I don't think the majority of people are willing to do this, so they will just take the politician at their word and then be shocked when they find out they are lying. There's always hope.

I do not like your answer. In your judgment no hope?

Howdy Pol, almost time for me to get the granddaughter from school. It is the TV era of politics. If Lincoln ran today he would have never became president, too dang ugly. FDR, no, he was wheelchair bound and was always smoking a cigarette. JFK, his bad back and always taking pain pills and his womanizing would be all over the TV.

Ordinary people should not engage in policy research. All we have to do, compare their promises and what they do in reality.
