Should 13 y.o. boys be allowed to consent to hetero-sex w/adult women?

Should the age of consent be lowered to 13 y.o. when a boy wants sex with a woman?

Was that the time you were boinking a married woman while her husband was off serving the country or was this a different time? Oh...and how is it that you feel that you have the moral high-ground to condemn gays who want to be in a committed relationship? At least you got one thing right, you are kind of a hypocrite on this.
