I believe that he is a long time sufferer of that form of encephalitis that football players get from going helmet to helmet too many times.

Be that as it may, he needs to serve another four years, or until the parole board releases him.

Sorry Juice, those are the terms.

Or, in his case, hand to glove.

that does not fit! [spoken in johnnie cochran voice]

I saw that court room scene on TV. I just wanted to squeeze OJ thumb and fingers together and pull that damn glove on. What a miscarriage of justice.

Quote from the article:

The National Enquirer often is accurate and has in the past even broke major government scandal stores that turned out to be true, when at first no other media network would investigate.

I suppose you are claiming the photo also is a fake.

The question of whether he is a murderer is a different matter.

33 years in prison for the crime he was convicted of was unusually long and I think a payback for getting off on the murder charge and not remaining quiet afterwards. Rapists generally don't get anywhere near that long (unfortunately.)

A brain tumor poised unique dangers. The University of Texas "Tower" ex-Marine sniper back in the late 60s who killed and wounded many people was learned to have a brain tumor, which was the only explanation given for his sudden radical and murderous personality change.

If released and knowing he is terminal plus a brain tumor wouldn't necessarily result in him "dying at home peacefully." It could mean that being terminally ill and in pain he would take out some last revenge against others figuring then to end his suffering via suicide by cop. The judge should say no.

I can think of one.

I suppose you are claiming the photo also is a fake.

No, but I don't see how the photo is somehow proof of the article's claims.

Maybe the article is accurate, maybe not. Given that it's the Enquirer, I'd say it's probably not, or only partially true.

Nope. He lost the right to freedom when he committed crime.

Bull**** they are accurate.

The alien baby reporting?m

Are you seriously going down this road?

My father died of brain cancer. I don't take that lightly.
<3 I hear you. I'm sorry to hear that.

I also absolutely get why people would want OJ to remain in prison and serve out his time. That being said, it is very difficult to read some of the comments here relating to Karma etc. Karma my ass. Brain cancer kills people who have never been in prison. It kills damn good people too including children.

It's a disgusting bitch of a disease that i wouldn't wish on anyone else and their family members who have to sit and watch it kill their loved ones.

double murderers (does anyone doubt he actually did it?) don't get to decide how they go

i also think presidents have better things to do than worry over the end of life for this or that inmate, but a double murderer wouldn't care i guess

"But I don't want to die in prison like common jailhouse scum." - problem being he is common jailhouse scum

In the eyes of the law, he's not a double murderer .

is this supposed to matter to me? There are innocents in jail and guilty walking the streets. The system is not perfect, and the president can take anything into consideration when denying pardons, including the extreme likelihood of OJ's guilt.

Good. It is unanimous. The motion is carried.

OJ blows and deserves to burn.
