Even though he disputes the warnings the teacher claim. I don't see it as sexual harassment personally, but he was warned and did it anyway. Does that mean it's sexual harassment? No. Is a year long suspension appropriate for such an act? No. The weird part about this is, many schools provide condoms to students, start sexual education in grade schools, teachers demonstrate and have students practice putting condoms on banana's in class, (I don't know if that's the case with this particular school so yes, I'm generalizing a bigger point not attributed to this particular case, so phbbt! :2razz
and then suspend a kid like this under sexual harassment for a "hug". Interesting to say the least...
