Sometimes it's hard to tell which ones are dishonest and which ones are just crazy. Like the "legitimate rape" guy. Or the "evolution is a lie from the pit of hell" guy. Or anyone who was actually pushing for the shutdown. Are they smarter than all that and just lying in order to pander to crazy right wing voters, or are they actually as crazy as they act?

well, that would mean re-writing history to suit someone's distorted views. Now I know people on both sides of the political spectrum like to do this but with this monster people should leave history alone and not try to use this monster for political goals (and I mean that to both left and right, leave this monster out of politics).

I disagree with people comparing Bush to Adolf and I disagree with people comparing Obama with Adolf. Adolf H. and Stalin were 2 of the biggest monsters of the history of this world and no politician alive today compares to those 2 or should be compared to those 2.

Ridiculous, have you tried comparing his kill figures to George W. Bush's? Because I am pretty sure that Obama comes nowhere near the 100,000 plus deaths of the Iraq war. Obama would have to stay in office for the considerable future having drone strikes daily to even come close to the Iraq War numbers.

Nothing, I did not come up with finger wagging. I tried to honestly look at how much the politicians in the list have lied in an earlier post. This is not an issue of honesty or dishonesty because in that list nobody can come close to people like Bachmann but it has more to do with normal politics and good old fashioned biased views of the politician they dislike most.

Just to put a little perspective on things, the most honest politician in modern times is Jimmy Carter, and we know how much you guys love him.

Indeed, we learned a lesson with him that a President cannot tell us the truth when times are rough, they have to polish whatever turd they have. Reagan, as an actor, quickly defined the role of the modern President, smiling and extolling America as a shining city on a hill, and for better or worse every president after him had to and will have to do the same.

More soldiers killed under Obama than Bush in a shorter time period. 326 drone strikes of 378 total have come under Obama, next he will be investing in ovens.

For example, how he was the first republican governor to endorse Romney. He made that claim for the first time in August of 2012. He endorsed Romney on October 11 in 2011 when he traveled to New Hampshire to endorse Romney as presidential nominee for the republican party. That seems to mean that they were willing to cut taxes after all, something Christie said the democrats did not want to cut ANY taxes, making his statement completely false. Please stop the falsehoods, please. True, under Obama more troops have died in Afghanistan than under Bush (1626 in almost 5 years under Obama and 564 in the 7 years under Bush) but you seem to ignore that under Bush 4,222 US troops died in Iraq and under Obama 264 troops died in Iraq.

Add them and you will see that under Bush 4,222 and 564 US brave men and women died in Iraq and Afghanistan and under Obama 1,626 and 264 brave soldiers have paid the ultimate price they could give for their country.

So Bush number's are 4,786 deaths and Obama's numbers are 1,890 troops in his presidency.

Now sure, Bush has been in power for 8 years and Obama just about 5 years but it is totally untrue that under Obama more troops were killed than under Bush. That only flies if you purely look at Afghanistan and last time I checked Bush almost completely bailed on fighting the terrorists in Afghanistan so that he could pursue his invasion of Iraq.

Also, I was not aware the drone strikes were happening in the US? And the ovens statement is not only nasty but downright insulting for Jewish people and all those who suffered at the hands of Adolf Hitler.

The most dishonest active politician is Joe Krapowski, our incumbent Wild Mushroom Commission Chairman. The other day I was walking by his headquarters, and my dishonesty-meter not just went off-charts - it was shaking and too hot to touch for half an hour!

I am still voting for Joe, of course. His opponent is rumored to be against gay marriage.

According to the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) the most corrupt member of Congress in 2013 was Rob Andrews. He is accused of lavishly spending campaign funds on personal expenses, directing federal funds to employers of his family, and is under investigation by the House Ethics Committee for further violations. This seems pretty clear cut to me. It's easy to focus on the big names in politics but invariably they have such a bright light shining on them that they aren't the ones who get down to the worst and most dishonest activities. It's the Congressman that you've never heard of, the Mayor in that midsized city, etc.

What is amazing is that Bush did all the major lifting, two invasions and a hard surge, and his numbers are not really so much different, for the most part,than BJ Clinton and/or BO. Every death is a true tragedy, of course, but this is what the volunteer force does when called upon. What is interesting is that the suicide rates are higher under BJ and much higher, almost double, under Obama.
