Actually, I do.

But the question is of 'untrustworthiness'.

Obviously the U.S. is friendly with a whole range of countries as well as cooperative, lending assistance when needed, would come to the aid of, trades with, shares intelligence and/or military technology, etc etc.

But no country can be trusted in the purest meaning of the word.
