No different than any other business
Charge the LOWEST price possible AND keep expenses as low as possible.
This was not a selection.
Why ?
For any business, we need the full cooperation of the governments and the people.
And, the business MUST work with the people and the government.
These things we do not always have..

Shhhhh! Don't tell everybody that the total cost of the doctor's visit for cash customers is less than the co-pay on insurance. Nevermind. Go ahead and tell them. It cracks me up.

I am researching right now which doctors will as I may opt out of my insurance next year

Or better yet, have people make the dolls for you and then sell those dolls
