S/Sgt Bales murder of Afghan civilians had more to do with President Obama's political correct rules of engagement (ROE) that were forced upon our troops serving in Afghanistan. All you have to do is look at how many Americans have bled and died in Afghanistan since Obama has initiated his PC ROE in Afghanistan. Hasn't history already taught us when we try to "win the hearts and minds" of people who don't like us, American soldiers always bleed and die for nothing.

Major Hasan was an enemy of the United States serving with the U.S. Army because of liberal political correctness that allowed him to wear the uniform.

Some people on the right will never be happy with whatever any Democratic president does or doesn't do.

Me, I mostly ignore them.

You, the entire Bush Administration, and a few folks here (I am sure) spent the entire time period during the failure known as Iraq, and the failed hunt for those responsible for bringing our buildings down, doing nothing but blaming Clinton. You have continued doing so in this very thread.

You have no knowledge of the war being conducted against Al Qaeda during the Bush administration because your not suppose to know. It was classified for obvious reasons, so Al Qaedea didn't know what the #### was going on.

Have you ever heard of "Bush's Secret War Against Al Qaeda" ? It did pop up on the web and was scrubbed quickly from the internet so American special operations and soldiers, Marines, sailors and airmen wouldn't bleed and die today or ten, twenty of fifty years in the future.

Where as our current incompetent Cn'C politicized the war against Al Qaeda so he could get reelected in 2012 releasing classified information on the war against Al Qaeda.

Benghazi, and not to mention that Al Qaeda is today operating in almost every country in the Middle East and North Africa today and they weren't back in 2008.

As an American, America being a seafaring nation and also serving in the naval services of the United States (USMC) I had a big problem with Osama bin Laden being buried at sea that was always reserved to those Americans who paid the ultimate sacrifice to the service to America.

Definitely a decision was made by someone who had little knowledge of what America is and what being an American is about.

Sending Bin Laden to Davey's Jones Locker to rest with tens of thousands of American sailors and Marines is unpatriotic or politically incorrect.

Sorry, but the "next guy" you refer to simply abided by the agreement that was previously made by Bush and the officials of the government involved. I suppose we should be thankful that he didn't just ignore it, which would have made him and America look bad, although taking credit for something he had nothing to do with did seem strange to many people. :wow:

LOL....you guys are so desperate...its kinda funny and unattractive at the same time. The reality is, Obama ran on a platform that he would put the focus back on afghanistan and going after those who attacked us...and as a result, OBL is dead. It is a basic life lesson that when you take your eyes off the goal you probably aren't going to score. Nice try though.

For the record, I'm not desperate, since it's lots of fun watching the "moon walk" that's going on in this administration on so many fronts, which tends to offset any desperation, but :thanks: for your concern. Bush was president for 7 months when 9/11 took place he does deserve some blame but the major blame goes to Clinton in 8 years he did nothing to stop terrorism..Do you remember the attack on the twin towers in 1993. That was on Clintons watch.

You are right my friend .Burial at sea is a very solemn ceremony reserved for veterans or retirees and to do it for a terrorist is outrageous.

Sorry Charlie....911 occurred on your boys watch. He was warned in advance and chose to ignore the warnings. The blame is his and his alone....and on top of that....he took his eyes off the prize, failed to go after those who actually attacked us and left it for Obama to clean up. You simply cannot stomach the facts....the biggest one being that Obama accomplished what your hero was unable to do.

Clinton had been president for a month when the Twin Towers were bombed in 1993. You can't pin all the blame for that on him, while simultaneously attempting to absolve Bush of the majority of blame for something that happened 7 months after he took office.

Clinton was sworn in on 20 January 1992............try a year and a half.

Do you have a reading problem? I said Bush has to share some of the blame for 9/11 but most goes to Clinton.
