He's not going to be impeached.

1) No one cares how sleazy he is
2) No one cares how incompetent he is
3) No one cares how corrupt he is
4) If they did, he'd never have been elected to the Senate in the first place.

He is historic and has great teleprompter skills.

Obama will never be impeached.

Even though it is well known that he has violated his Oath of Office, actively worked to thwart the Constitution and even ignored Federal Court rulings, Congress will never bring him up on charges. They don't have the political clout to do so.

Face it...we are stuck with him till his term runs out.

I believe that since G.W. Bush escaped impeachment, the bar is so high now for impeachment, we may never again see another one.

Obama's on thin ice with Republican representatives that are "this close" to impeaching him. What do you predict for the next 3 years?

Republicans cannot impeach Obama. I recommend you read the United States Constitution.

Congress, (and the GOP as a whole,) is on such thin ice right now with the American population, they really should worry about cleaning up their own house before going after anyone else. They have no moral high ground whatsoever.

You're right. Impeachment wouldn't address the problem anyway. What he should be is imprisoned.

Remember:

Republicans impeached Clinton over little more than a count of perjury and a blow job. They hate Obama even more than they hated him.

Not exactly. If I recall the official reason was denial of an American citizen and her (Paula Jones) right to unencumbered access to justice via the federal courts while President Clinton deliberately blocked access to her legal rights after taking an oath to uphold the Constitution.

From what I understand, the unofficial and real reason: Jane Doe no. 5. A highly credible witness who claims to have been the victim of a sexual assault by Clinton before he was President along with the testimony of at least two other collaborating witness who although did not claim to have seen the alleged assault in progress, did verify she her sharing her story with one friend at the time and the other recalling facial injuries consistent with her claim around the time she says the incident occurred. From what I think I remember in a private congressional meeting, Special Prosecutor Kenneth Star asked that congressmen not make that aspect public for the sake of the office of the presidency however it was likely they considered it when voting to impeach for the official reason.

Interesting point of history, had the Senate voted to impeach, Al Gore would have probably been elected president in 2000 as angry voters would have tipped the scales in favor of the democrats in an otherwise super-close election and Bush would have never been President.

I don't think he has done anything to be impeached for.

That is not the reasons. He was charged with perjury for supposedly lying before a grand jury(this got less than a bare minimum of votes from the senate) and obstruction of justice(failed with a 50/50 vote). If you ever get a chance to watch Charles Ruff tear apart the timeline the house republicans put together in their case against Clinton, it is one of the great showcases of legal talent.

shrug...

To imprison him you would first need to go through the impeachment process...and that will never happen.

But you are right...impeachment wouldn't address the problem anyway, since the problem isn't Obama but the society that allows him to do the things he does.

...and much as we may legitimately despise the bamster, the real concern has to be the co-dependency of that "society" that gives him a pass regardless what he says or does.

There's no legitimate reason to impeach President Obama. These reasons are crazy! Benghazi,IRS,Drones!.........IJS He's got to be the only POTUS,who isn't allowed to be President!

Nothing. There will never be a big enough bmajority.

Uhhh for what reason will he be impeached?
