Of course it is, you made it, own it

Pathetic. Not only have you not laid proper argument as to why government force should be used against someone who has not committed criminal act, you have to try to play some desperation "assumption" card. But what I wrote was not assumption, nor was it a statement claiming knowledge of intent (which is what would be needed for your claim that I used assumption to be true). Poor show.

Re: Should Parents be held accountable when their underage children do something stup

Just curious if parents should be held accountable when their kids do something stupid that causes injury or fatality to others?

This is a good question but will raise TONS of other questions and debates. The circumstances could be so different on so many different stages that it would depend completely on how everything went down. IMO if the parents know or think something is wrong with their kids, they need to do their job and find out what's going on with their child. This generally only applies to older children and teens. Now with teens it's a little harder to track and know exactly what's going on, especially in today's world. With little children and toddlers the parent SHOULD know exactly what's going on in that child's life. So to answer the question I would say that if the parents had a basic knowledge of what their kids were up to and don't do a darn thing about it, then yes they should be held accountable in some degree. But if they had no clue whatsoever about anything then they should be off the hook.

I agree, you should have kept quiet instead of wasting out time presenting nothing.
