Imagine if you couldn't buy any cell phone made after 1994. Where would that leave you today? Doesn't the 1st Amendment protect your access to a modern Droid or iPhone, and doesn't the 4th Amendment protect you from the government taking copies of your pictures and contacts from your phone?Too bad the law grand-fathered all those guns before 1994, eh?
