Who has done a better job as speaker of the house; nancy pelosi or John boehner?

How so you judge their quality.
 
I always liked Tip O'Neil.
 
You could put both of them to sleep the same way they put us to sleep. Only theirs should be permanent.
 
I really don't get the point of your house speaker, ours has a purpose, yours does not seem to.
 
Neither, but if you asked me which one would be the better "before" picture in an ad for constipation medicine, I would say both.
