They just had that Attorney on 560 Am radio.....here is a kicker. She was accused of being a hack cuz she works for the Repubs. But now she just got down reporting her client. Is a Democrat that voted for Hillary.

That when the ARB conducted their interview with her client. That Demo Staffers were in the room the entire time and participated. Which is suppose to be a No No. So she is saying her client's career was being threatened.

That's interesting about the WB's Party affiliation ... and it would have been more effective if some Congressperson at the hearing tried to play that card at the hearing.
Also interesting about the ARB interview.
A word about Toensing & her husband ... I remember them from a number of years ago ... they are a couple of tough hombres

LOL....560 - the Answer? Can you select an even more right-wing propoganda source? Dude....you seriously need to stop listening to that stuff....it is altering your reality.

Everything from there was a division of Marines very close, special forces nearby, an AC 130 or an armed drone overhead and on and on. I have heard all of this stuff mentioned by various talking heads on Faux, which I know isnt really "faux". BUt I aint looking them all up for you. If you want you can pretend I and everyone else that heard it are making it up, I really dont care, I know you know or you would not have asked. Fox embarrassed itself on this one, well maybe not as bad as the Obama's Katrina thing, but still.

The Deputy Chief of Mission in Tripoli, a highly respected professional diplomat, will say: They knew it was a terrorist attack from the start, and reported as such. The Ambassador's last words to him were that they were under attack. He had a small contingent of US special ops troops at the embassy in Tripoli and they were ready to go immediately to Benghazi but were ordered to stand down. He urged a flyover by US fighter aircraft if only to bluff the attackers; that was denied. No one ever contacted him to discuss what had happened, and when he called in to say that Rice's Sunday talk show performance had been inaccurate, he was pushed aside.

A Libyan C-130 transport plane that would’ve carried the second group of U.S. Special Forces operatives from Tripoli to Benghazi ultimately left Tripoli for Benghazi between 6 and 6:30 a.m., after Doherty and Woods were dead. It later evacuated survivors from the attack.

Two separate U.S. Special Forces teams from elsewhere in Europe were ultimately authorized to respond to the attacks, but did not arrive at staging bases until the evening of Sept. 12, more than 12 hours after the fighting had ended.

U.S. military officials confirmed late Monday that a four-man Special Operations Forces team was denied permission to leave the US Embassy in Tripoli following reports that the consulate in Benghazi had been attacked.

The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the team was reviewing security at U.S. embassies throughout the Middle East and was not prepared for a combat assault mission, being armed with only 9mm sidearms.

Those are allegations by Fox News?

Yeah, and she has had some of the Highest Security clearances to interview and defend clients and they were giving her a hard time over clearance. But now all that cleared up Right away.

The administration has had months to plan their response. I feel that underlings will probably blamed for this, even though the key players were all watching it happen in real time! It has already begun, IMO, since we have already been told that "there are so many requests coming into the State Department that it is impossible to give them all the attention they might need,." or words to that effect. ...sad...

This bluffing the attackers is a stupid concept. Do you really think a group of battle hardened AQ killers are going to get scared and hide cause a jet flies over? Seriously? The Libya govt refused a flyover and it would not have done a damn thing anyway, the bad guys were too close to the good guys, maybe a helicopter but it would have required firepower, not bluffing. Bluff the attackers? yea that would have worked.

Their response was to try to keep this guy from talking. That hasn't worked out too well.

Perhaps our government didn't want us to know they'd refused a fly-over if that, in fact, is what they did. But we only gave them $1 million last year; maybe that isn't enough.

Just thought I'd point out how disgusting it is to use photos of a dead or dying human being for personal or political gain. I see a lot of feigned outrage, but not much compassion or moral decency. You might as well have dragged him through the street yourself.

I don't see how posting them is in the spirit of these of forums, which (as I understand it) is to promote civil discussions.

I have a hard time believing that you listen to anything other than right-wing propoganda if you listen to "the voice". Sorry dude....but I ain't buying your line anymore than America is buying the Benghazi feigned outrage.

I really dont know, maybe if a fly over would do anything, they would have let us. but hell, only a million, no wonder their pissed.

Its funny to watch how the FauxNews crowd is "amazed" that America isn't buying the feigned Benghazi outrage....just like they were shocked after FauxNews told them that Romney was going to win in a landslide. Maybe rather than being "shocked" they should realize that they are being duped.

The point is not whether it would have worked but that it was not tried. Moreover, Libyans are not notably good soldiers, even the so-called "battle hardened AQ killers" don't bring much. That's why the handful of American civilians with light weapons were able to fight them for seven hours. In any case, the flyover request is the least damning aspect of his testimony.

I watched the election on Faux. I thought sure as hell Obama lost, I get up at 330 so I went to be early. The goofballs were actually talking about Obama's Katrina during the election. No cred? To say the least.

I would say there are holes in the story, I think you are starting to see a few.

Well according to some.....it works In Afghanistan, then they said it worked in Iraq. So that's why hicks believes it would work here too.

I dont know, I am just guessing too.

We shall see. I predict no matter what is said or found out for sure, unless Obama is impeached and banished to Elba Island, Faux will find some more conspiracy to stir up the right wingers some more. No matter what the Chinese say (I think it was) it is great, not a curse, to live in interesting times.
I agree. Tomorrow will not be a good day for the administration.

A lot of potential problems cropping up here for the administration... one after another, it seems, as more and more information comes to light.
