Did you or did you not say in that white privilege thread that white people are DISadvantaged compared to black people? Your posts don't exist in a vacuum, you know.

In very many ways they are. In some ways, whites have the advantage. Overall, I think in many aspects there is a clear disadvantage to being a white male - at least any aspect concerning government. Now in social circles, it probably gets evened up. That doesn't change the fact that being a minority gets many luxuries afforded to you.

I still stand by what I said though - to insinuate that I'm a racist based on acknowledgement that being a minority in America carries distinct privilege in many ways is a massive strawman.

Also, whether threatening to kill someone is crime or not is vague and varies. For instance, many people threaten bodily harm to athletes and their families all the time. You never hear of any of those people being prosecuted.

It is against the friggin' law to threaten to kill the President. A specific Federal Law. There's nothing vague about it. Stick to tea party stuff, and leave the law to people who know what they are talking about.

The post that was reported to the FBI was "I want to bring a gun into the laughing skull and shoot everyone." That's enough right there.

Here is what I've found reported that he said about assassinating the President, and I think you can judge for yourself what kind of dummy this guy is:

The complaint said investigators found demeaning statements about homosexuals as well as claims of "White Power" on the Facebook page. "Another post made on the profile according to the complaint was "Negros in the White house. Think they own the country. Assignation the President!!!!!!! He needs to dye...his suit purples."

The complaint said McIntosh was residing at the In-Town Suites on Buford Highway in Norcross when he posted the threat to the President last August. It read "I wanna kill the president of the united states."

Yep. Anyone who dares question the plans of the great wizard Obama is a racist, rich loving, bigot that wants to take away "opportunity" from all of the impoverished masses. ;)
