Hillary is not even running in a primary. It's 2013 FFS. Can we at least wait until 2015 to start the next cycle of mindless bull****ting about who will run and who won't?

I have to agree with this comment for slightly different reasons. Quite often the best candidate isn't obvious until you are closer to the actual election. The issues and interests of 2015 and 2016 are likely to be different than they are today and thus will be the (wo)man of the hour will be different.

Ideology does that to some people.

So an ultra religious man, who said God told him to run, who state that children would be better off having a father in prison than being raised by lesbian parents... Yea fail to see the connection. Care to elaborate?

Perhaps you missed the part of the post about giving away the election. That's where the analogy comes in. But that's okay, I'll forgive you for not reading carefully.

No i heard that loud and clear. But i fail to see how Kucinich or Sanders is the equivalent of, lets say Rick Santorum.

Because both would be essentially running as an unelectable candidate. Case closed.

I'm very unsurprised by the results in this poll.

why, sure lost to he upstart Obama. Anyway, as always, it will depend on who's running.

I hope this poll is indicative of most left leaning constituents. Hillary as POTUS? Perish the thought.

Rocky Anderson 2016!

Not a Democrat, though, so I guess it's moot. I do think it's amusing that Newt Gingrich said that if Hillary runs in 2016, the GOP will most likely be unable to field a candidate to defeat her.

As a Reform Party member, it would take someone else than Hillary to get me to vote for the Democratic Candidate. Although I would consider Biden, perhaps Warner from VA, Tester from MT, Evan Byah from Indiana. Someone center to center left and not way out there on the fringe.

Hillary's not way out there on the fringe. She was a 'Goldwater Girl' in 1964. The Beatles came to America and she switched to the more Liberal Democratic Party.

She would have a good chance.

I consider Barry my mentor when it comes to Politics. Back then the Republican Party was pretty much like the Democratic Party, only the Republicans were say, me too, only a little less. Both parties had their conservative and liberal wings. Interesting times they were.

Hillary lost to Obama.

But Obama can't run again....and, if he could, I doubt he would run as a Republican.... even though much of his agenda would fit squarely on the Republican platform of 30-40 years ago.

Never said he could. It hinted that it speaks to her skill as a candidate.
