is turkey worthless ?
thx for voting .))
I think that there have been times when Turkey has been a strong ally to the United States and other times when it hasn't. For example, Turkey did not support us during the Iraq war. Also, I don't think that Turkey approves of our relationship with Israel a lot of times.
However, most of us are capable of understanding that this does not reflect on the citizens of Turkey. This stuff about "foreign relations" is mostly between governments.
our national policy is alliance with israel
and ,akp let the missile shields set up in malatya to protect israel
they just try to gain more votes from conservatives by acting like antisemitist
l suggest all of you ignore these little tricks
As of recently (the past several years), the relationship between Israel and Turkey has been cold to say the least. I guess technically they are still "allies."
"The Turkish government's condemnation of the 2008–2009 Israel–Gaza conflict strained relations between the two countries.[22][23] In December 1987, Turkey had already declared support for the Palestinians' right to self-determination. In 2004, Turkey had denounced Israeli assassination of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin. It described Israeli policy in the Gaza Strip as "state-sponsored terrorism".[2][3][24][25] There were demonstrations across Turkey against Israeli actions in Gaza."[26][27]

No, I would say that this more accurately reflects on the feelings of the citizens of Turkey:
TURKEY - Perception of US becomes more negative in Turkey

If Hungry attacked Turkey from the rear, would Greece help?
Are they our Ally? Uh, what day is it?

I really don't know enough about Turkey to know where they stand on the US. Not trying to be rude, but honest. It's not as though Turkey is really in the headlines, and I wouldn't know if they were, since I don't care to watch television, or listen to the radio.
I think that probably reflects the feelings of some citizens of Turkey, but certainly not all of them. Polls aren't always so accurate.
Yeah, that's what Mitt Romney kept saying.
Turkey has been supportive of Kenya, then the African Union and finally the UN's efforts to oust al shabab from Somalia and bring in a democratic transitional government.
Maybe I'm trying to get information on a topic where there is very little information outside of useless statistics and official affiliations from the OP, you know, the person I actually addressed. If you're not going to give me any information, then you are have absolutely no value to me in this conversation, so piss off.Ok, maybe you don't know anything about the topic, do you go to every thread of which you are totally ignorant and announce such?
I agree, I am however perplexed as to why would they be attempting to ship arms to North Africa on a ship that was supposed to be loaded with cement.

Did you miss points 1 through 4 in my post above? Did you read the thread?
It's like you're not even trying.
I read them, I just don't care.
Do you always rudely insult people who weren't even talking to you?
