It will be interesting to see the results of Louisiana's School voucher plan.
This will give kids a chance to get a better education.
Maybe Booker T Washington's plan can still be realized, 100 years too late, but maybe still possible.

One of my pet peeves was English as a second Language.
When my kids were in grade school, they would always ask if they wanted to be in the EOSL program?
I told them my kids do not speak Spanish, so no!, They would ask , are you sure? we think it would help.
 
The black family survived centuries of slavery and generations of Jim Crow, but it has disintegrated in the wake of the liberals' expansion of the welfare state. Most black children grew up in homes with two parents during all that time but most grow up with only one parent today.

The Dems know they are responsible for maintaining and/or expanding the welfare rolls and they want us to believe they are more concerned with African Americans than they are with putting their ideology into action.
