Should health care workers be required to receive injections meant to prevent disease?

Re: Should health care workers be required to receive injections meant to prevent dis

Not strictly required, but they should be encouraged. I am a nurse and I work in a neonatal intensive care unit. Cold and flu season is a big threat to our little ones with underdeveloped lungs and my hospital does everything they legally can to get all our nurses the flu shot. We either have to get vaccinated, or wear a mask while at work for the entire flu season. And those things are NOT pleasant! I hate wearing them for a few hours during procedures; I can't imagine wearing them for months!

their specialized educations would lead them to decide correctly on this matter. they should do what they want, their decision should be posted publicly, and the uninformed masses should be required to decide the same way they did.
