Which ones are the good guys? With so few people wearing cowboy hats these days, it's hard to tell.

As far as I can determine for certain I'm the only good guy there is, and I sure don't notice any plans afoot to take away either of my guns. If somebody could please refer me to a credible link detailing the plans for confiscating my 12 gauge and my old .410, I would be most obliged.

That's true, no amount of gun control is going to help either situation. Gangs were killing each other when we were kids - and most of that wasn't from guns, it was just knives, chains, and ball bats. The gangs have gotten bigger so the violence has gotten worse but they'd continue the killings without guns, using the old ways if needed. To stop the violence you have to solve the problems that create it.

It is more important than any single individual citizen. Because if we loose our gun rights than EVERYONE will suffer for it. The old addage of "The good of the many outweigh the good of the one or the few" applies here. This poll here should be evidence that no one actually believes that getting rid of guns will actually stop gun crime.

And its not "so-called" gun rights. It IS gun rights. There is no "so-called" about it.

I don't think anyone who is serious is saying a total ban on guns will stop gun crimes.
