I think all presidents should be put on Mount Rushmore.
change "on" to "under" and I might agree with you.....

I've seen Mount Rushmore. It is certainly impressive.
Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln were certainly huge figures in our history. Teddy Roosevelt... well he was quite an interesting character but not of the same magnitude as the others.
Personally I am not sure it should ever have been built though. I felt about it much the same way I felt when I stood in the Lincoln Memorial in DC.... yes it is impressive, but I feel uncomfortable about portraying human beings, however important, as larger-than-life demigod-like figures. It smacks of idolatry to me.
I don't think W is of the same caliber as Washington, Jefferson or Lincoln. Now, Teddy.... well, I found the guy fascinating but he just isn't in the same league. You could compare W to Teddy and they wouldn't be that far apart in magnitude.
But no, I don't favor putting any more faces on Mt Rushmore.
I think all presidents have had equal performance during their presidency, so they should all be added there equally.
I want to see Nixon carved there.
His presidency had some significant accomplishments--regardless if you agree with them or not--just like any other president in modern history. But they were significant achievements nonetheless.
- Issued an executive order prohibiting federal funds for international family planning groups that provide abortions and contraceptive services.
- Upheld the ban on abortions at military hospitals.
- Reduced taxes on dividends and capital gains.
- Made $33 million available for abstinence education programs in 2004.
- Supports the Defense of Marriage Act - and a Constitutional amendment saying marriage is between one man and one woman.
- Not once did Iraq ever attack America during his 8 years in office, due to his toppling of the Saddam regime.
- Expanded the role of faith-based and community organizations in after-school programs.
- Was the first president to get elected to have a DUI conviction, proving that anybody could be president, regardless of past misdeeds, and providing that you found Jesus.
- Saved America from the "Clinton Recession" that was starting it's slow creep in the late 1990s, with tax cuts for the rich.
- "Country-pop" genre of music made a triumphant resurgence during his presidency, moreso than at any time in modern American history.
- Christian "megachurches" experienced a huge boom during his presidency that survives to this day (albeit with lesser influence), despite President Obama's stubborn "War on Religion."
- Provided a "moral contrast" to the sexual sins of the Clinton White House.
- Pushed through THREE raises for our military. Increased military pay by more than $1 billion a year.
- Killed the old US/Soviet Union ABM Treaty that was preventing the U.S. from deploying our ABM defenses.

Not withstanding my disagreement with your evaluation of all Presidents being equal, Mount Rushmore isn't but so big and I do not know that we have the expertise or money to do it with anyway.
Somebody please tell me the OP's question is purely a joke of epic proportions.
Please tell me there are not "real" people walking around thing GWB is THAT great.
It's just too much to insanity to consider it's real.

Hell no. He lied to the American people and created TREASON...he should be tried in criminal court for war crimes.
No he shouldn't. That's just as stupid an idea as the OP idea to memorialize him on Rushmore.
No, the idea to memorialize him came from lies; my idea to charge him for war crimes comes from facts and about 5 nations who will do that if he steps foot in their country.
Bush Cancels Visit To Switzerland Due To Threat Of Torture Prosecution, Rights Groups Say

Surely you are being sarcastic with most of this?
GW BUSH should be placed directly on top of Mount Rushmore. No doubt about that.
