Little fun fact, take a guess.

"I'll get back to you on the real answer"

I'll reveal the answer on page 2.

I'll go with 5-9, that seems like plenty even for Romney. He has one house just for his vehicles apparently.

so you'd think.... :)

I have nothing against him, but it's interesting though it didn't surprise me.

Who cares? Home ownership creates jobs, according to the American Association of Realtors.

Ya I'm sure he pays those "maids" well.

I remember from the 2008 campaign that McCain owned something like 7 houses...and Romney is a hell of a lot richer than McCain is. I also remember reading that Romney owns some random guy's house in Texas and the guy makes his monthly mortgage payment out to Romney personally, so it's likely that Romney is quite involved in real estate. I'm going to go with 20+.

How is this meaningful? I own 8 houses and I financed another 3 houses for friends of mine. So, technically I own 11 houses. I assure you I am not rich so trying to judge anything by "the number of houses" means nothing.

Ya I'm sure he pays those "maids" well.

You are one misguided soul, Shiang. Romney probably pays more in real estate taxes on however many homes he owns than you'll earn in the next five years. His pocket change stimulates the economy more than your yearly budget. His "maids" probably make more money than you do. His gardeners probably make more money than you.

His $2 million donations to charity in 2010 probably represent twice the money you'll make in your entire lifetime

What is it you think the very wealthy do with their money? know what they do? They spend it. Their consumer habits drive our economy far more than yours ever will...probably more than your whole community's spending habits ever will.

If you're unhappy by the distance between your own self and Romney? Get a better education. Take some risks. Get a second job. Or, more likely? Get a first one.

I went with 5-9.

Why should I care? None of my business.

I should put a "none of your business" option.

It's page 2, the answer is 15.

Good idea I'll go steal some money for my self. This is the real "redistribution of wealth".

As many as Harry Ried,Nancy Pelosi or some other rich democrat owns?

TBH I don't like Nancy Pelosi much either, she tends to yap and complain too much and as speaker thought she was more powerful and liked than she really was. As for Ried he's not that rich, and of all the politicians lets say there's a lot of people I like less than him.

I don't consider his Mormon church tithing obligation charity, take that away and he's pretty much a skinflint for someone with his fortune.
Romney hasn't spent over $250 million of his income so how can you say he spends it ? He spends a small % and socks the rest away. Romney along with the rest of the top 5% have socked away over $40 Trillion and counting. It is unsustainable. We are a consumer economy and we need people to spend more than 10% of their income or it all comes tumbling down.

:lamo I'll arbitrarily take away the vast majority of his charitable donations to prove he's cheap.

i don't care how many homes he has, how rich he is, or if he used a bunch of loopholes to avoid taxes.

i do care that his main platform is more trickle down nonsense and hawkish foreign policy. no thanks.

But you have nothing against him. Yeah, right.
You must think alot of the peeps here are stupid. As a general rule, you would be mistaken.

Ok firing massive number of people WHILE collecting huge bonuses for doing it. THAT I do hold against him. He gets paid for the short term cuts to cost but doesn't get punished for the long term effects of driving companies to the ground?

Ya if he really does donate 10% to his churches that's all he donates, he doesn't donate anything to the public.

He also didn't build his business unlike many small business owners and true entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs, and Mark Zuckerberg. Who by the way DO donate their money.

...But that doesn't matter. This isn't a poll to show Romney is evil.

The reason I vote for Obama this election is because he's implementing better policies for the nation and it shows in the economy.

Don't really care, but having 15 places to crash at must be awesome.

That's it. Because he has so many houses I'm switching my vote to Obama.

lol ya saves you on all the hassles with hotels. It's very normal for some one like Romney to have 15 mansions, most of you'd do the same if you had that kind of money.

do I sense jealousy?.... why yes I do.

I absolutely have no care over what he owns...it's irrelevant to my life.

What the **** do you care? And where was this kind of commentary from democrats when it was your homie Kerry running? Mindless hypocrites are mindless and hypocritical.

Don't really care, but having 15 places to crash at must be awesome.

Oh, if I had the money I'd buy 15 houses just to piss off the haters.

Nah, not really.... four or five maybe....

;)
