You think it's getting more and more difficult to graduate from high school? Seems to me like they just give out diplomas like toilet paper nowadays, to kids who can't even pass basic competency tests, or... read. And how is not graduating from high school not a lifestyle choice?

I meant the second #4, the one about keeping a full time job.

Color hypocrisy red.

IMHO he just wasnt thinking about it and was basically parroting something he'd heard and gotten worked up over having to do with electric car tax credits. Didnt want to make him feel bad or judged, just wanted to hopefully make him think.

In that light, practically any kind of contact or procedure with the gvmnt could be considered "assistance." We all pay taxes, in order to run "order" or needed services. It's not just about the gal down the road whose kids are on the school lunch program, because her ex won't pay his child support, and she can't afford a lawyer to go after him. The sherriff deputy who checks out the recent neighborhood burglaries, and the fire department that puts out a housefire are all part of the "government" for that matter.

After the Northridge earthquake we got FEMA assistance which was a check for about 3K and a low interest loan from the SBA.

Hoping to show some diehard anti-entiment folks that if they really thought hard about most of have needed the safety net or hand up help from uncle Sam at some point in our lives. Friends, family members and maybe even the guy or lady in the mirror. Even some pro-football teams get state and city government help with stadium subsidies.

I have a friend who is a passionate conservative but suppliments his income with section 8 rental property. I have another friend who deceided to get on a soap box with with on special interest groups getting the federal hook up. He's a mental health counselor who is ordained by his church. I asked him if he opposes the IRS Pastonage allowance and he turned as red as anybody I'd ever seen who wasnt sunburned.

I'm not against taxes going back to people, I just think it should be done a lot better than how it is now.

No, it is all only as good as what you put in. I would need to know what you missed. That requires someone else be involved.

 until you can judge math you insist on having unknown-unknowns answered?

Man, goalposts don't even exist for you. :)

Well, I see you still have trouble following what is being said. :coffeepap

Again, you are not paying attention, and resort to nonsense to avoid what was said.

You said you couldn't judge mathematical formulas for yourself. Basic ones like multiplication.

No, I didn't. I said, they were only as good as the information put in, and I might not know what you missed. That's different.

only saying from the early days of computers Garbage in, Garbage out. The formula can be valid but if the input is crap, the answers are useless

Yeah, I linked the inputs too. An old tactic of Boo's is to insist, if he cannot counter the evidence, that somewhere out there surely countering evidence exists, and therefore his opponent is wrong.
