IMO, Obama is a crony capitalist as if you look at his Treasury Department, it is filled with people from Goldman Sachs. However, all of our politicians are crony capitalists as they are all part of the 1% which is screwing the rest of us over.

Maybe so, but they are not the same thing. I thought the purpose here was to identify, not to blame.

Socialism is integral to all nations and is not new to America. There are elements of Socialism that are useful and conducive to supporting Capitalism.

Collusive Capitalism is what the Logical Party has identified as being the most unfair. There has been CC under Bush, Obama and regrettably it looks like Romney offers more of the same.

I would say he is a combination of moderate Democratic policies, basic pragmatism, too much timidity for his own good, and a unhealthy does of wanting to keep Wall Street happy.

That results in mediocrity.

I thought Jimmy Kimmell summed it up best in his joke about the location of the White House Press dinner. He said that the White House wanted it at a certain hotel while the GOP wanted it at the Hilton. So they compromised and its at the Hilton.
