No, it doesn't. To hate someone implies that you have (or at least should have) some personal knowledge and experience regarding that individual. Calling someone a welfare queen or a racist bigot is a generalization based on opposition to your own views and feelings regarding a behavior, but doesn't imply that you hate someone.
Then basically you are admitting your words mean nothing.
Your words are not backed up with emotion or conviction, it's all just fluff.
