Why does the color of the guns matter? And who keeps those sort of stats? The crayola company?
It depends, in broad daylight, the color of the gun probably doesn't affect much, but at night, white guns or those "cool" stainless steal ones are too easy for the other guy to see or reflect too much light. I prefer matte, no reflections, and I don't like lasers or flashlights on mine either. Lasers may be good sights for quick aiming, but before you get on target, the target knows where to aim. Same with flashlights, may blind once your on target, but if the bad guy is intent on shooting you, all you are doing is letting him know where to aim.
Who tracks the color of guns, I don't know, probably the gun manufacturers so they know which ones are popular to make more of them.
I wonder how easy to see in low light those pink ones they make for women are. Don't know if I would want a loved one using them, even if they are a "girls" gun.
