he has stated clearly....very.

He will fight the Supreme court over Obama/Romney Care...fist day.

What an insightful and thought provoking thread.

Do you have the quote you are referencing?

If he's elected President, hell even if he's not, its well within his rights to fight the Supreme Court decision and try to overturn it.

Don't be ridiculous. Fighting to overturn an unpopular law is hardly treason.

So wait a minute. Do you mean to tell us that Mitt Romney is a traitor because he's challenging the Supreme Court over Obamacare?

And no he's not a taiter as your poll suggests. Perhaps you were thinking of potatoes when you typed that.

You're dead wrong he has to follow the costitution just as the OP illustrated.

It might depend on how you fought it. However, in this case he said he would repeal the law, which is not treason and does not make him a traitor.

I put other....No he is not a traitor and I would not put that label on anyone unless I believed it in my heart....he is however a politician in the midst of a very close campaign for President and he thinks that kind of rhetoric will stir up his base....they would all do it.

Oh my GOD, what is fist day?

Rock On.....Zacty what I was hoping for....

He's not a traitor. He's a liar.

Have we all forgotten that he basically rallied all he could to pass Obamacare Jr. in Massachusetts?

No matter who you vote in November, you're stuck with this lunacy.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Wanting to repeal his own law, anyone who falls for that and votes Romney because of that comment is asinine. He won't get 60 votes anyway though, it's here to stay. This has been a national embarrassment from the first town hall meetings. Time to let it go instead of going through the whole damn thing again in 4-8 years, because 50 million uninsured is not a problem that's magically going away. Seriously it's been an issue for 20+ years now. Conservatears are really delicious sometimes, but it's starting to seem just completely pathetic.

No, saying he will try to overturn the healthcare law does not make him a traitor. I disagree with overturning it, but wanting to do so does not make him a traitor, regardless of whether the law is constitutional or not.

Not so much a traitor as one of the biggest flip-floppers in political history.

Can you clarify what that means? Its a very short question.

I think hes a very squirelly decision maker. He tends to bounce back and forth like a tennis ball.

Kinda like the pres. There is no tax. This isnt a tax. Wait a min its good because..It IS a tax..yay...

All very shady.

While he is clearly the enemy of the majority of the American people and does NOT have their interests or welfare at heart, he is not a traitor to the USA. There is a difference.

It will take a constitutional amendment to overturn.
I don't think the Romney-Bot a taitor, just not very clear on what a civilian can do. :peace
