Should this illegal immigrant be allowed to become a lawyer?

Should Jose Manuel Godinez-Samperio be allowed to become a US lawyer?

Well, apparently he is now old enough to understand the law and pass a state bar exam. IE he should know better and correct the problem. Just because he came here via his parents when he was only 9 is irrelevent to the here and now where he is an adult with a full working knowledge of the law.
