Followed for a long time? lolIt doesn't matter if it was legal its still manslaughter since Martin did not approach him until after he had been followed for a long time. Under the "stand your ground law" Martins approach is justifed.
You realize that this happened over a very short time period, right?
It is not manslaughter.
Zimmerman was not in the wrong for following. He just wasn't.
Trayvon was in the wrong for acting out violently.
Trayvon's thoughts and feelings, have no bearing on Zimmerman's actions.
Zimmerman feared for his life and acted accordingly within the confines of the law.
It does not mater if Trayvon felt threatened.Yes, if the assault is unprovoked. In this particular though, the case can be legitimately made that Martin felt threatened. The police should have and might be able to still do a proper forensic analysis to determine who stared the fight.
This is not about what he felt.
It is about Zimmerman's actions and if they fall with in the confines of the law.
What Trayvon thought or felt has no bearing on what charge Zimmermon could receive. None.
