Is the Rev. Al Sharpton a racist?

Is Al Sharpton a racist

Why am I not surprised.....I heard on the news that there are 300 murders in this country every day, mostly black on black..........why doesn't Sharpton ever stick his big fat nose in these cases....
He actually comments a lot on black on black crime. If you listened to his radio show once in a while instead of whatever sound bites you get on Rush Limbaugh you would know that.

Maybe. It depends on whether he truly believes the things he says or not. If so, then yes, I'd call him a racist.

I am shocked that we all can not agree on this one or that the vote would be so close.......I notice its mostly Liberals saying he is not a racist and Conservatives and moderates saying it is....This saddens me very much.......If there ever was a racist the Rev. Sharpton (without a church)is one...He profits from the misery of blacks. He epitomizes the definition of a racist.

Truly unbelieveable..........I won't dignify it with and answer.

IMO there is No doubt Sharpton is a racist. The same goes for Jackson. Both live off the race card. I don't know about Sharptones helping any white people. But with Jackson he likes to tout his Rainbow Coalition. Seems the whites he has helped and or others have always been connected to one who is black and or African American. Thru marriage or thru blood.

Otherwise does he come to any others aid. Not a chance. Not unless it involves money. Both had no problem jumping on this Zimmermann case. Despite witnesses and a 911 recording. Jackson and Obama moreso. Yet they had no problem tooting their horns over this issue which was played up by the media. Did they have anything to say about the shootings that just took place in Chicago. The other night we had 3 kids shot. One in the head, one in the back, and one in the buttocks. Chicago has been a war zone. Innocent kids getting shot thru windows and doors. Innocent bystanders getting shot, cops getting shot. The other night we had a kid who shot and almost killed a cop. Shot him above his vest, and into the neck. Another was shot in his back as he was on patrol walking a beat.

The cops don't know who shot them, they don't know who shot them, nobody knows if it was a white gang shooting or latinos. No witnesses and no one knows if they were black. Since the beginning of this year We had one day where no one was shot or killed. It was due to severe cold wherein no one went out and ventured into the elements. Has Jackson or Sharpton rushed down to Chicago to march and protest? Has Obama thrown any shout-outs? Why not?

"What'" don't want to highlight when city and State governments are controlled by Democrats? To difficult to throw the race card out there then.....huh?

He just makes a lot of excuses and handwaves, and tells his audience what they want to hear, that's all, which always ends up being 'Whitey's Fault', of course. Big deal.

Not really. In fact, I've listed to his radio show and he's held several conversations about how blacks who do blame others need to stop doing so. You obviously haven't listened to show, at least enough to gauge his actual opinions. But like I said, I think he's annoying and that he puts his eggs in the wrong basket sometimes. But all of the nonsense you're spewing is pretty stupid, but I've seen quite a few of your comments in other threads so I'm not surprised.

Do you know what goes on in the mind of David Duke? You don't have to know that to know he is a racist.......

Nope, he, like Sharpton and Jackson, is a racist.

My answer isn't yes or no. Sharpton is a racist in his own way; he's his own separate kind of racist, not in the classical sense.

Both of these guys run around the country attempting to say they are for Justice. The only thing they have ever proven to the American people is......they have always been about one thing and one thing only. Just-us!

Obama is intelligent (educated) and listened to Rev Wright. Go figure.

Like Wake said it would sure as hell make a white man a racist......How does he skate out?

No it wouldn't. That is why I posted definitions.

That does not make him a racist. It makes him and you doing the exact same thing, playing the race card.

By what definition of racist do you figure he is? I posted two definitions that did not fit him. Can you find one you like that does fit him?

Truly unbelieveable..........I won't dignify it with and answer.

That is one way to counter arguments you cannot counter. Not a good way, but a way...

Al Sharpton is a race baiter. I wouldn't say he's a racist though because I've never heard him speak on racial superiority or inferiority of any people group.

He's not dumb, but do you remember anything of what he said? My internet is slow right now and it's going to take me a day to watch that video.

Correct. He isn't actually dumb it was more a description of the way that he acts and runs his campaign. I can't remember much and will watch it later but I do remember Louis being pretty uncomfortable in certain situations. He makes a great rap and challenges people on a radio station too... classic. He also runs around with a drug king pin for a certain area for a day. Really interesting.

Since you obviously were born yesterday, I'll clue you in: I've read his comments, listened to his show, watched several hundred interviews of him, and have been aware of him and his racism for decades now, and can even do his show for him.

But like I said, I think he's annoying and that he puts his eggs in the wrong basket sometimes.

Really? Just 'Sometimes'? I thought you said you listened to his show a lot or something ...

But all of the nonsense you're spewing is pretty stupid, but I've seen quite a few of your comments in other threads so I'm not surprised.

Thank you. The last thing I would like is for your ilk to agree with me.

Al Sharpton doesn't call our President "Hussein Obama". So from that POV, he's not a bigot.
