A question that shal riddle the human mind for centuries...Why won't Donald run for President after his endless rants about being a great leader, a true conservative, and able to win BIG? After watching him kick the best man off the apprentice the other night....I have come to conclusion it's because he's afraid to lose. I believe his ego has become so large that losing to Obama would make a life like his unbearable. While his ego reminds him on a daily basis that he's smart, unstoppable, and powerful, deep down he realizes that obtaining public office is a long shot.... especially against Obama. Experiencing defeat would hurt his public standing and TV ratings.

Because the republicans do not want to make it too blatantly obvious that they are trying to give Obama his second term.

Didn't vote. You didn't list my answer.

He won't run because he doesn't want to.

Because he is not a complete idiot. He knows that he wouldn't have a prayer winning against Obama.

I think America is amused and entertained by Trump, but I don't think much of America sees him as a leader. At least not the type of leader that would be needed to run a country.

Sadly, he would probably do a better job than most politicians in the arena these days.

Aside from some of the other replies here, he would never want to reveal his tax returns.

I, for one, am no more entertained by Donald than I am pro-"wrestling"..
Both are new lows for quality of "entertainment".
Thank God, that we have hundreds of good old movies on TCM.
His ego covers up (more or less) his lack of intellect.

Donald trump hates on anyone who is currently president in order to gain popularity. When Bush was president he hated on him, and it's the same pattern with Obama. Trump wants attention and I hope he never gets anywhere near the presidency.
