Putin will end up winning. He'll make sure of that. He might concede not getting his majority in the first round, but in the end, he'll make sure he wins.
 
According to exit polls Vladimir Putin has 59%, so the battle is nearly over. :fly:

I don't know if you are aware that he will serve 6 year term. They changed the Constitution for that. :think:
