It shouldn't unless the person is just entirely and utterly ignorant of how the internet, message boards, and anonymous polls work.
Debate Politics doesn't exist in a bubble. It allows any person who posts on the internet to vote in its polls section as a means of attracting interest. We've seen only one white supremicist actuallly comment in this thread with multiple people that are ACTUAL MEMBERS saying otherwise.
If anything, the black eye would be on the OP who chose to do this anonymously rather than showing votes publicly, thus making it impossible to see how many of those votes are done by non-members likely showing your drive my voters and how many were done by actual members, of which we've already had it confirmed only had 1 person voting for that.
Next time I'll make it a public poll then. I was never sure what the purpose of that was before. I honestly had no idea that outside trolls came in to hijack polls.
