Newb here, but shouldn't this have been the last thing said on this subject. It cannot get explained better in my opinion.
 
Hank's a pretty sharp guy for somebody who fell off a mountain and landed his head. I did hear not him misapply terms like "censorship" or "first amendment rights" once.
