funny.

that, of course, being because we spent much of Bush's Presidency in historically low unemployment, climbing rapidly at the end. Obama, of course, won't be held responsible for the climb. he will be held responsible for his utter inability to turn it around.
That which is true, you find to be "funny".
Figures ...conservative..
The under-lying causes of high unemployment began years ago...A lack of intelligent economic planning...under many administrations. Its the children who play the blame games...blame Carter, blame Reagan, blame Bush, blame Obama.....
Does anyone know how many years it took for us to recover from the first great depression ?

No, neither of the two can beat Obama, they are both wacky in their own ways.
Considering how Obama is sucking ass right now in every way, it's hard to imagine how you came to that well considered opinion.

So you do know that the growth in the unemployment rate was over 400% higher under Bush than under Obama.

Bush goes from 5.5% to 6%. (6 - 5.5) / 5.5 = 9.1% increase in unemployment.
Obama goes from 8.5% to 9%. (9 - 8.5) / 8.5 = 5.9% increase in unemployment.

These numbers are in theory for this exercise.

I guess, by this, Bush is almost 3% higher in unemployment figures. Oh wait, it only went up a half percent in both cases. How can this be? Top that off with the difference between 8 years and 2 1/2 years.

Seriously hay, shut the hell up. You repeatedly regurgitating that statement is insulting to anyone with math skills beyond a fourth grader. Come up with some other factoid that doesn't manipulate percentages and ratios. You're just coming across as ridiculously stupid.

Wait until you see Perry debate. The Donald would actually be a better choice. Name recognition counts. Bush had it, Perry doesn't.

I dunno, I think Perry has almost as much recognition as Bush did.

I've noticed that the Democrats and RINOS are starting to get worried. The things that they are saying about Perry are the exact same things they said about Ronald Reagan in 1980.

really? like what?

That he's not intelligent. That he's not a good Governor. That he'll never win. They said the same thing about Reagan.

I don't know about the Democrats and RINOs, but the liberals are salivating over the prospects of a Perry or Bachmann pick as the best the GOP has to offer! :sun

Havent voted yet because my answer don't line up with the poll.

Bachman? Absolutely not, that's a joke. Nobody sane and objective wants her in the white house.
Perry? Undecided let me learn more about him.
