Breasts have a lot of identities, including sexual, nutritional, and "just there." Your mentality about breasts is specifically because they are so taboo to show. Some societies used to regard showing ones ankles as overtly sexual. There is nothing innately "obscene" about boobs, and it isn't going to corrupt anyone's mind to see boobs "just being there." That taboo notion will quickly disappear, and boobs would become like men's chests (which, by the way, can be very attractive to women even though they are regarded as publically acceptable - should we protect the children from male chests as well?).
