Considering my wife has friends from all over the country I would say "Yes."
Previously you claimed that something was true because your mom told you and that what she said is true because she is a nurse.

Thank you for once again demonstrating your critical thinking skills.

My wife is originally from the Chicago area. Her father was Puerto Rican. Therefore she has friends and family from all over the country, and they come to visit from time to time. I would say that her friends opinions do count and that they are the opinions of the majority of women in the country since she is friends with a large majority of the women in the country.

I was hoping I wasn't the one that was going to have to say it. :)

Wow, I'm never known of anyone that doesn't have a problem with "killing in the womb".
A psychopath or someone with a serious clinical personality disorder might not have a problem. Are all the people that don’t have a problem with "killing in the womb" psychopaths? Maybe this needs a new thread by someone with some expertize or experience.

You're off topic. Every issue is not related to abortion. This is one that is unrelated. Some people oppose both circumcision and abortion. Others oppose one or the other. Either way, the issues are completely unrelated.

Luna you misidentified the issue. Both SPC and Dashing American inserted an insult into this thread, not a topic. I'm responding to the insult and suggesting a new thread by one of these posters.

Do you think your wife and friends represent the opinion of all or most women of the world or even the US or your state or city or even neighborhood?

He was stepping on your toes, wasn't he? I mean you speak for all women don't you?

I'm the one who created the thread and I was simply pointing out the hypocrisy of those who are against circumcision but are in favor of abortion. It's typical of liberals to want to pull a thread once they start losing the argument.;)

If all males were just aborted, it would take this issue off the table and solve many other problems. ;) .

It would certainly solve the males' problems (i.e. women).

You know what's so funny? In August of 2009, their President, Barack Obama, wanted to make male circumcision mandatory.

Why do I not doubt that.

Both male and female circumcision should be illegal. If parents had a child's finger amputated for no good reason, they would be guilty child abuse..........

I take it they did not offer courses in Critical Thinking at your Alma Mater.
A more accurate comparison would be cutting off your long hair. Its just extra un-needed growth.

so all liberals are supposed to think the same things and the same way?

Did you seriously just say this? Your wife is friends with tens of millions of people and she has asked all of them what they think of cut dick? :lamo

Well, at any rate, she must have missed me. I don't have a preference - unfortunately men are not given a choice so it would be unfair of me to do otherwise - but I've seen both. The male foreskin serves a very similar purpose to the female clitoral hood - it keeps things supple and protected. And the difference is plain as day. I've also seen my share of really terrible scars from circumcision. Usually when you see a bad one, the guy is numb all the way around the scar.

I haved a scar, but I'm not numb there either.

my bad, I guess I have no comprehension of the sensations of my own body.

and obviously rubbing it will also cause it to get smaller due to frictive erosion as well.

If the process is slow and can only result in only 5-10% lose over your entire life time I'm sure you wouldn't notice it.

Keep your laws off of my penis.

/thread

I get so tired of people who want to cookie cut everyone in one group or another. I am fiscally conservative and liberal social but I am against circumcision and abortion. But am going to leave it up to the individual.

I just think these two ugly procedures could be preventing by putting a damn condom on your penis and do basic washing of your penis. How hard can it be?

I swear it is a wonder people don't just defecate in their pants because going to the toilet is such a bother.

The entire purpose of the ban would be to keep harm away from your penis. ;)

My penis is perfectly happy as-is, in fact it downright rocks:rock, and doesn't need your nanny-state protectionism.

I didn't insert an insult, I just agreed with it.

It's not harmful, so argument is nullified. Also, as it stands, it's a 5:1 ratio against banning circumcision and nobody likes the fringe except the fringe.

Its not nanny state.

Not really a rebuttal.

We fight to educate. As the educated numbers grow that number will change. :)

Like hell it isn't. So there.

I'm glad we've kept to the high road here, and maintained a lofty intellectual tone to the debate.
