A blow up doll is not a living person. I wouldn't say it's cheating, but it may harm the relationship.

Of course not. It would be like saying if a woman uses a vibrator that is cheating.

I never understood the attraction to blow-up dolls, but to each their own.

No its not cheating but the wife might get pissed if you tape a picture of her sister's or best friends face to the blow up doll.
