So many of you do. You are in here crowing every day about how he's just been nothing but a total loser ever since he took office. He's stupid. He only got educated because of affirmative action. Every day America is in more and more trouble, and you couldn't be happier.

It's almost like you don't care that America is the cost. As long as HE fails, that's all that matters.

i believe the president's agenda is bad for America and thus I wish to see him fail in implementing it. i believe that said agenda will not magically become better for America on January 20th 2013, and thus I wish to see him fail in his reelection bid, so that we can put into place policies that would be better for America. I will thus highlight his (past tense) failures so as to continue to argue that continuing to engage in the same foolish policies and hoping for better results would be a poor decision on our part. because I want better policies for America.

which is sort of the opposite of what you seem to be suggesting.

Which part, exactly?

well of course any caring citizen of this country wants obama to fail. why wouldn't they? he's destroying the nation at
a speed far surpassing the past 4 decades of dumb ass whores we've had in office. who the hell in their right mind wouldn't
want this man to fail?

Which part, exactly?

goodness. where to start.

1. Massive Keynesian Stimulus Spending
2. Drastic increases in the regulatory burden
3. Constant threatning of more of the same to feed uncertaingy - this feeds into other facets of the same where the man seems addicted to changing his mind (energy, for example)
4. Loose monetary policy
5. Boggled and hamfisted wrecking around in the healthcare industry
6. Refusal to accept the need for entitlement reform in order to avoid a debt crises
7. Massive deficit spending speeding up the debt and entitlement crises

those are kind of the biggies off the top of my head. the man seeks increased centralization, which is harmful to the nation. we chose what history teaches is a poor path for dealing with an economic downturn, and we are still (and will be for a while) paying the price for that decision.

I think he has failed and will continue to fail. I hoped it wouldnt be that way when I voted for him, but that's how it turned out.

At least you're not gloating.

Yes! I don want to see him fail at instituting his Marxist ideas on my country.

Do I want to see him fail at making our country better? Well, that's a non sequitur, because that was never his inention.

So, basically, I want to see him fail at destroying the United States.

that's a fair point. it's hard to avoid the urge to say "i told you so".

When one actually makes the effort? It's really not all that difficult.

It doesn't quite work, considering the reason I think he's failed is because he isn't nearly socialist enough.

It actually depresses me. I honestly hoped he'd be able to turn this country around.

I see him as having accomplished a great deal.

Nobody needs to line up and tell me I'm wrong. I see you say so every day. I don't know how we all look at the same information and come away with different impressions, but it is what it is.

Turn it around into a Communist dictatorship?

I'm glad he failed at that.

He did finally get us off of the list of first-world countries that do NOT have socialized medicine (it's a short list) and he did oversee the assassination of Osama bin Laden. That's two great things in my eyes.

how very un american of them.

afterall, isn't that the same tired bullcrap argument they use to anyone who dare criticise anything to do with America's foreign policy stance who wasn't born with a red white and blue stripe on their ass?

apparently only Americans can be critical of anything American.

hypocrisy is awesome isn't it.

By the way:

These are the same individuals who claimed that anyone who criticized Bush was "undermining the troops" and "unpatriotic".

lol. yeah. by FORCING citizens to buy private insurance. and if given the choice? i'd let osama live, before i would obama.
obama has been FAR more destructive to the country.

That would be very anti American to want the President to fail. If he is a success than his agenda is not bad for America. If he fails you may be correct but to hope for that is blatantly anti American

speechless.

yeah. i have a choice. some dying old invalid hiding under a rock and a man who is purposely destroying everything this nation is.
ummmmm....yeah. i don't even have to think twice. bye-bye, barack.

Dude, Obamacare is NOT socialized medicine. TBPH, it's even worse than the system we had before. Now people are forced to buy ****ty public insurance, so they can raise their prices as high as they like. The government says they'll cover it, so at best you have the insurance companies with a direct pipeline to the taxpayers, and at worse people will be fined for not buying insurance they can't afford. As a side effect, the bureaucracy will be horrendously increased.
