Do secret worlds exist?

So what is your drug of choice this fine evening? ;)

But to answer your question, I do subscribe to the many worlds hypothesis.

Well, if we are posting "interesting farm videos," in relation to "secret worlds?" here's my contribution:

Secret world but a more urban setting:

When riding far from that farm you just might find some:

I like that one too. It even has a little rhyme and reason to it.

i also think that a multiverse is possible.

According to Hawkin, for every individual that exists, each possible behavior that they can potentially experience, there is “another universe” for each possible behavior to manifest itself by an identical person in another universe.

If that isn’t mind blowing....don’t know what is.

The first time I hung out one on one with my best friend in high school, we took a long walk and had a similar discussion. In ours, we speculated that if the universe is truly infinite, then there must be an infinite number of identical earths out there as well as an infinite number of slightly different ones. We missed the multiverse part, but we were only 16.

And, that would be incorrect. There are an infinite numbers of unique numbers.

why wouldn't there also be an infinite number of identical earths? if there's any chance of it at all, that minuscule chance multiplied by infinity would be infinity. this of course assumes that there are an infinite number of bubble universes in the soda glass. it would be difficult to prove that's the case.

Given the probability matrix of quantum theory, I would not rule anything out---including a reality where Zeus sits atop Mt Olympus.

i sometimes wonder about the simulated universe thing. if it was accomplished once, then what happens if those universes eventually spawn life forms which are also capable of simulating universes? it reminds me of pointing a video camera that's hooked up to the tv directly at the tv (man, that was an 80s / 90s reference,) or maybe it's turtles all the way down.

There might be.. but why would there be?

in an infinitely large system, probability. any probability above zero multiplied by infinity would be infinity. this assumes an infinitely large number of multiverses, however. who knows if that's the case?

Because people love to make things up that sound cool.

because it's interesting to have a theoretical discussion about the way our realm works and what might be outside of it / parallel to it.

It also assumes that there can be duplicates.
