Your choice. Explanation's a plus.
An explanation for why you're asking would be a plus too.

Yes, but it's not a baby being born, not graduating, and not landing in a plane, it's me and everyone I know being brutally murdered then subsequently tortured for eternity while christians celebrate it happening. That's sick.
`Other then to make a mockery of someone's beliefs what exactly is your point with this thread?? For someone that hates and fears Christianity you sure are hung up on it. Your game is played out and sooo tired, let it go its controlling you at this point. Or better yet... grow up.
`What I believe is that up until right now no one has left this planet alive.
If anyone has any reliable proof that Jesus Christ did that, let's see it.
I will wait. :roll:The clock is ticking.
`I think the human species will wipe itself out. I think we have waited too long to mitigate Global Warming. Mother Earth has had enough of our arrogance and will toss us off like an irritating parasite.
`I don't think that the events described in the Book of Revelations are understood. There are many who believe that they refer to Rome and its fate, for example. The Christians of that day were convinced that the 2nd Coming would happen in their lifetimes. Obviously that was not correct. There has been no improvement in our understanding in that area since then.

From my understanding, there are a lot of different interpretations of the apocalypse , one of the most prominent being dispensationalism and premillennialism. What makes it interesting is how it plays into American politics,

)I have proof, but you won't think it's reliable. In fact, it will literally require an act of God for you to believe it. ;

It is very frightening to me when people in positions of power make decisions in anticipation of a climactic, religious apocalypse. Some American support for Israel stems from hoping that it will fulfill the story of Revelations and bring about the end of the world. Some elements of the war on terror have attempted to promote a world-ending religious war between Christians and Muslims. It may become a self-fulfilling prophecy. That's terrifying, that people are actually taking steps to annihilate the human race because of myths.
You don't have any proof, none exists.
And you're wasting your time and mine talking about that which doesn't exist.

That's the same thing that the 9/11 conspiracy theorists say, the people who believe in alien abductions, etc. You're all crazy. You've got nothing and you know you've got nothing, that's why you can't actually present anything, you just pretend that you can.
Come on, we're all on to you.
Convincing you of the truth is above my pay grade. I can assure you that I believe what I believe.
Some people believe that men used to ride around on dinosaurs.
Different strokes for different folks.

Yes, some people believe that CO2 produced by man will result in catastrophic global warming.
If someone came up with a computer model that proved the existence of God do you think secular people would start believing in God, or would they question the design and assumptions used in the model? And yet they swallow climate models whole.
And then there's the whole thing about GMOs.
And vaccines.
Secular people are often as irrational as they accuse believers of being.
