stuff doesnt have to clean or lubricate YOU. it doesn't have to protect you from rust, weather, thieves. It doesn't have to move you or secure you. the more stuff you have, the less free you are. Bob Heinlein said it best:" you can only really own what you can carry, while you are running at full speed".
