Yes it bothers me that anyone would post such nonsense.
Learn to read then try you new found skill on Sarte's "Being and Nothingness".

find now.
Now is all there is. The past is gone and the future doesn't exist.
Now is a illusion.
In the context of the material world it is not, though reality is indeed an illusion.
I would agree that regarding the whole continuum thing there is no time; no past, no present, no future.
Interesting. So the future could be nothingness. Nothingness is defined as a state in which all field values are timelessly equal to zero. That being said what is the rate or speed of change (from one instant to the next for example?)? That rate of change cannot be precisely zero.
I am always amazed at how quickly some will jump on somebody and insult/accuse/denigrate the person and completely miss the chance to have an interesting discussion.
Consider the point of the OP? I'm not sure what the 'noise' is all about, but otherwise it is an interesting concept. Einstein proved, in theory, that time travel is possible. So far we have had not had means to test that theory, but it is a fascinating concept to think about.
So what if all that ever existed, exists, or what we see as 'future' is a closed, unchanging, system. And we are born into one particular era or period in that whole system? Should we learn how to do so, we would be able to return to any ancient time or go forward to any point that is not yet recorded in the time that we were born into.
Do I believe this is the case? No not really. I think if that was the case, somebody from the 'future' would already have been back to visit us. But it is fun to think about.
I just threw the horn blowing as an example of a never ending constant, probably should have used a better example. (I was thinking of a friend stressed out to the limit asking why time does not stop so he can feel some relief. He ended his own life and I always saw him as a victim of the burdens life sometimes throws at us.) I wonder if or when we solve and understand time, what will it allows us to do. I think it will be a long time coming but we will learn what we need to.
You posted this "Yesterday, 08:52 AM" I suspect that wasnt "now". Or now. Or Now . Or now. Or now. Or now. ... wait now!. Damn the first "now" is now history. And if you ever respond it will be in the future from now. One gun shot to head and you can escape now forever. The problem is that time isnt consistent in all points on the universe. Gravitational time dilation blows a huge hole in Presentism. Depending on the location where we both are in the universe my now may not be synced up with your now. Perhaps I am in your future....{deleated to save space}...Now what were you saying?

Hypothetically, could there be people spending their entire lives, following these gravity hot spots?
