Utah woman - topless in her own home

No worries. I was just mentioning it for FYI, not bitching. It's an interesting topic that goes to the constant battle between the authoritarian assclowns vs. Americans seeking to preserve their freedoms.

I made no excuse, I only linked the fact that she took a plea deal and avoided being labeled a sex offender.

I agree that womens breasts are not lewd. Personally I think its the same situation as with mens breasts: they can be sexually stimulated, but on their own they are just breasts. Men can go in public topless and be around children with no worries in most cases. But it could be lewd in certain situations with certain actions.

Where things get difficult though is that some people are sexually turned on by certain body parts. The female breast to many men and women is a sexual focal point. This fact does not automatically make exposing breasts a sexual thing though. But it also does not mean that we should ignore the potential for men or women to be acting lewd by exposing their breasts. It is for that reason that I would support laws that did not define gender as whos breasts are lewd, but the persons actions alone. IE if you are exposing your breasts for sexual gratification that is a lewd act. If you are topless because it is comfortable to you then that is not lewd at all.

In this case with a women at home going topless was determined to be for sexual gratification. And since the court allowed her to plea out of the part with the children its also obvious that there was nothing going on wrong with her behavior with the stepchildren. IMO she was forced to cop a plea to save here from overreaching laws on female breast inequality with men.

I’m not talking about the cultural view of nudity in some far away land, that is irrelevant. The point was, this woman, who has no right to direct the education of these children, tried to tell these children that are not hers that they should have fewer boundaries around an adult who’s not their parent. And these children were concerned and told their mother.

This is clear grooming.

And what’s hilarious is, half way down you started agreeing with me. This woman exposed herself to children, in a self admitted attempt to make them more comfortable with exposing themselves, which she had no right to do, and these children were uncomfortable and told their mother who reported this to authorities. So what is your complaint? She tried to break these children’s boundaries, are you saying their mother should’ve just taken that?

The court allowed her to take a plea that she only exposed her breasts in front of an adult. That means that the court/prosecution was not concerned enough to pursue what you are whining about.

It is about natural rights, equality, and equal protection of the laws. There is no rational basis to consider female breasts to be lewd in modern times. Any natural born woman in our Republic can Only have natural breasts not lewd breasts.
