For my fellow travelers, do you have a favorite Airline? Or an Airline you fly most frequently?

These are the Airlines I’ve flown on (In order)

1)Air Canada
2)American
3)LAN Chile
4)WestJet
5)Alaska

Being a resident of Seattle I find my self flying Alaska very frequently (since SeaTac is their main hub and for domestic flights they have the largest number of destinations from SeaTac) I also have the Alaska Airlines Credit Card and frequent flier account.

I love Alaska for several reasons
1)large network of domestic flights
2)great frequent flier benefits including lounge access for 25 dollars for economy seats
3)the 20 minute baggage guarantee or you get free frequent flier miles
4)the places I like to visit (like Chile) have airlines who are partnered.

What’s your favorite Airline? Are there any you avoid?

Whatever is cheap and going my way. :D

I understand that.

Although I go out of my to fly Alaska. I’ve even paid 100 dollars more to fly them in the past. But I am a mileage plan member so I figure the miles will pay me on the back end of the deal

There are some airlines I would avoid on reputation though. Like Spirit!

Frequent flyer miles work well to entice airline loyalty. I've seen many people fly only one airline for business then use their mileage for vacation.

Kenya Airways. New planes (new company), happy employees (wages relative to national average are nice) and US supported security (close security allies).

That’s if you’re flying around Africa I presume?

I’m sure they’re great and if I ever travel to Their destinations I’ll keep them in mind.

I looked up their fleet and all Boeing, which bring a Seattle guy I love. Not a deal breaker but I just feel great flying on Boeing planes

Now the bolded is pretty damn scary!

Singapore Airlines, hands down.

Food and all other services are fantastic.

1. Singapore Airlines
2. Qantas
3. Virgin Atlantic

Vietnam Airlines

SWA...I've ridden over a million miles on them and I've never, not once, had a gate agent, ticket agent, flight attendant or anyone else behave anything other than wonderfully. I don't need a lot of frills. I just want the people that are carrying me to act as if I'm not an inconvenience. You absolutely can't get that from Delta, United and especially American.
